We review your 3D scan and request, confirm it’s suitable. If confirmed and agreed, we send a payment order and prepare your Keepers retainers.

We deliver
Your Keepers are packaged and delivered to the location or address of your choice.

Retainers can last from several months to a few years depending on wear, anatomy, and use. Good care and regular use help extend lifespan.
No. Keepers is not active orthodontic treatment. Retainers are designed to keep your teeth in the position shown in your approved 3D scan.
If you’ve had dental work or significant tooth movement since your last scan, you will typically need a new 3D scan.
We offer a fit guarantee. If they don’t fit, we will remake them or refund according to our terms.
Most clinics have 3D scanners today. Ask your clinic for a scan and a copy of the file. We can guide you if you run into issues.
They are produced using modern 3D workflows in certified labs using hypoallergenic, biocompatible, BPA-free materials.
It’s commonly recommended to replace retainers every 6–12 months. We also recommend having at least one backup set.
