Production & processing time

• Orders are generally processed and confirmed within 1 business day.
• Retainer production begins only after a valid 3D scan has been received and approved.
• Manufacturing typically takes up to 5 business days.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping information

• Shipping within Sweden is free of charge and included in the price.
• Tracked shipping to the nearest pickup point.
• Estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days from scan approval.
• International shipping is available (fees and times vary).

Returns, damages & remakes

Because retainers are custom-made, we cannot accept standard returns once production has started. If damaged/defective/incorrect due to our error, we will remake free of charge or refund if a remake is not possible.
