Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed via Keepers Club (Keepers Sweden AB).

1. Product

Keepers Club provides custom-made retainers produced from your approved 3D scan.

2. Flow (verification first)

• You submit a request (and scan if available).
• We verify and approve whether the scan is suitable.
• Only then we send a payment link.
• Production begins after scan approval and payment.

3. Cancellations & returns

Due to the custom-made nature of retainers, standard returns/cancellations are limited once production has started.

4. Fit guarantee

If retainers do not fit based on the approved scan, we will remake or refund according to the terms.
